In December I delivered a SAPERE Philosophy for Children (P4C) online course.
The week following the first module, I asked the teacher participants how they’d got on trying out P4C, and if they’d seen any initial impact.
Things had already shifted in their classrooms:
“The quietest children were free to speak.”
“I got the feeling that all the children felt their views were valued.”
“After last Monday I saw my children differently… in every subject. I wanted to listen to them more – to really listen to what they had to say.”
