The Three Robbers – P4C stimulus

This short animated adaptation of Tomi Ungerer’s 1962 book is a rich stimulus for Philosophy for Children.

Concepts: stealing, wealth, charity, care, gender, stereotypes, memorial, uniform, greed, innocence, community, family, belonging, responsibility…

Potential questions: Is it okay to use stolen money for charity? Should memorials be built to leaders of the past?
